Yes, Roger Clemens has the potential to be a Cy Young pitcher again. He can just plain out pitch. But, I think he's going to retire now. Last year, he didn't come back until half way through the season. I think he's finally going to realize that he wants to retire and give his body its much deserved rest. After that, all he has to do is wait for that Hall of Fame call.

I am hoping that he finally retires.
If hes does play next year the Yankees probably have the inside track now that Andy Pettite signed with them.
He is the new "Energizer Bunny" and can be a Cy Young pitcher again.

Yes he will play next year for the Astros.
He will not start until after the all-star game and thus will not have the stats to win the Cy Young

1. Roger Clemens's agent said that it is more than 50% likely that he would pitch another season.

2. Not if he doesn't travel with the team and only pitches in home games.

3. I think it may be with the Yankees because, Andy Pettite came back and because the Yankees traded Randy Johnson, so they have the money to sign him.

1. I believe he will play next year.
2. Yes, he does but he needs better run support in his starts
3. There is really only 3 places that I think he would go : the Yankees, Red Sox or Astros. My bet is still on Houston but I woud not be surprised if he reups with the Yankees.

I know the big 3 (Yanks, Sox, Astros) are the only ones being mentioned, but if I were the Rangers, I would do whatever I had to do to lure him. They are a starter away from being REALLY good, and he would totally inject excitement (and attendance) into that club! You wouldn't think it would be that far fetched, I mean it is still Texas, and his hero, Nolan Ryan, ended up there.
