I like to think I do, I make a homemade sauce. Friends and family love it.

I have never ordered Spaghetti in a restaurant, so I will say mine is the best!

I don't order spaghetti in restaurants because I think I make it much better at home.

It's not rocket science to make spaghetti and a great sauce to go with it. I think people that actually go out and spend $10 on a spaghetti dinner, need their heads examined!!!!

My wife. I have never had any luck finding a good restaurant spaghetti.

Never had spaghetti in a restaurant that is as good as mine. It is my specialty and everyone else thinks so too.

Me of course!
Start with fresh tomatoes not canned!
Scald, peel. and simmer four hours...reduce the liquid makes for better base stock
1 lb. of each ground pork and hamburger
fresh minced garlic
fresh green peppers and red sweet ones two add a hot banana pepper for some spicy tingles
fresh aromatic oregano
sage
lil' amount of rosemary
two large onions diced
salt pepper to taste...
While stewing and reducing your fresh tomato stock
In an other pan brown your meats add fresh vege's and add spices
Brown throughly remove and add to sauce base....
Simmer for an hour very low heat....
Prepare your favourite pasta
To test your pasta?.....fling onto wall.....if it sticks its ready ..if it bounces off ...keep boiling your noodles...HEY!!!!!!...when flinging?....just one noodle will suffice for the test not the whole pot of noodles......(one never knows on here?)
Drain noodles.......do not rinse!!!!!!
Replace noodles back in pot ...add sauce and serve!!!!
Grate fresh parmesan and Romano cheese to taste....
Enjoy..........I'm sure no restaurant would go through this trouble!!!!....I love to cook!!!!..............keep healthy!
