I've looked on ebay, amazon and b &: n and can't find anything other than the hardback at $32 and up.

It was published in paperback in Australia on Jan. 8, 2007, with a cover price of $24.95 AU. You might contact the publisher at http://www.penguin.com.au, and ask when they plan to release it in the U.S. or Canada.
