Based on the reputation of other ventures that have the same-sounding name, I'm gonna say "no."

Ask Ms. Adriana Rodriguez (the supposed head of this supposedly 9-year-old company) for a list of people who are already doing this work, and start contacting people on that list. In addition, get a list of companies that use her services, and contact them. This is the way that a business person normally checks out a business, and if she's legit, she won't have any problems providing that info.
