Youth should strive for betterment of the Society by working hard.
Working hard in their own fields.
But in the leisure we should inculcate the habit of evolving debates relating to important issues which are contemparary in nature and which concern the public at large.
By this way we can garner consensus on major issues and probably find solutions to many unresolved problems.
Most importantly by indulging in debates we spread enormous amount of knowledge among the deprived class.
The problem which is haunting the public at large, particularly the weaker sections, is lack of awareness. We need to demand our rights from the Government and make the Government more accountable and responsible. We think that the Government is favoring us by showering petty gifts but the Law provides for much more than what is being given now. We dont realise but we are completely ignorant of the provisions of the Law and its effects.
The most important task at present would be a change in the education system. There is so much to learn but we are deliberately deprived of the knowledge with an intention to make us dumb heads so that we nod to each of their misdoings.
I hope we all get together, if not on the same platform but on similar platforms and strive for success for one and all.

I know a lot of young people. Many of my sons friends are getting college educations. several of them have now joined the military. They are very patriotic and want to serve their country. Observing youth as a whole, my experience seems to be on the less common side of things. I count my blessings everyday. I thank God for the good kids I know. they need our prayers and support. That's something our current congress is pissing on.

The main responsibility would be to vote and to protect it by joining the national military. Your imput into your government and how it's run is essential and if you wish to defend your country, that is above and beyond your obligation but is a great thing to do.

That they do what is "told" to them by their parents, by their teachers and by the law until they are 18 y/o and/or an adult. Once they are an adult, they should do what is "expected" of them without having to be told what to do. They should be a contributor to society and not a burden on society (or anyone else).
