It might be to early, you could get a false reading and get disappointed I would wait a few more days for it to be more accurate

I am actually not sure if it is too early or not, but you may not want to. I know it is hard to wait, I tested early with both my children. But I also had implantation bleeding with both. I knew I was pregnant, but I was bleeding, and the Doctors don't tell you they think it may be implantation bleeding. I actually had one tell me he thought I was going to miscarry. They just make you take blood tests to see that your hormone levels keep rising every couple of days, and then they do a couple of ultrasounds to make sure everything is developing and attaching in the correct place. The whole process takes about 2 weeks until you actually know you are pregnant and everything is fine. It is a very harrowing 2 weeks though. I was sick with worry the whole time. If you wait, and that happens to you (it is like having a very light, sporadic period) you can always take a test afterward and if it turns up positive you know you are safe.

It is not too early to test, using an Early Pregnancy Test. Most tests sample urine for certain hormones that indicate pregnancy and the hormones are present almost immediately.

I think 10 dpo is a little early to test and you might get a false negative even if you are pregnant. Best of luck.

Probably still a little - wait until you've at least missed your period date by a couple of days. Otherwise you may just be spending a lot money on wasted tests.
