20,000 into Baghdad...

basically with troop levels that high... there would be no where for insurgents to hide with-in the city...

it would help stabilize the local government and help to train local troops so that everone would be able to leave at an earlier date, without creating a sink hole for Iran to step in and take over

You will know for sure if you'll watch Bush's speech
at 9pm tonight. He will lay out the plans so everyone
will know.....and then I suppose the Democrats will also
get on afterwards to tell us what's the problem with his
plan. If we get attacked by terrorists again in the future,
what will the Democrats do? Scarry to think about.

It will achieve more deaths and higher taxes for Americans... It will also put more money in the pockets of war profiteers. The makers of prosthetic limbs and body bags will also make more money.
