Well done. however, 80 pounds in 2 months is a bit ambitious. Aim a bit lower, like 20 pounds. That way, it will stay off. Do lots of exercise as well as cutting down the calories. It will come off easily. Try joining a slimming group, the support is great.

sorry but that would mean loosing more then 25 pounds a month

and if you want to look healthy and good(not starving yourelf)
you wont be able to do it

you healthily can loose 1-2 pounds a week
so that means at the most 8 pounds a month

really what you need to do is diet

cut out red meat and cut down on carbs

make sure you dont eat junk food eather

also try and eat ever 2 hours(sounds crazy i know)
not like meals

but a light yogurt 100 calories

it keeps your matabolism going!
and try not to eat past 4 hours before you go to sleep(otherwise your body stores it all as fat)

start some walking maybe some jogging if its only 20 min a day thats a start
sign up for palates- it is really good for tonning muscle and will help you get more slender while strengthening your body and inproving you posture and breathing oh and flexability! same with yoga, many gyms offer the classes free with a membership and have each class atleast once a week

also when it comes to being lazy, if you have a friend who lives a few blocks away, try not to drive there (unless you live in a unsafe neighborhood) take a nice walk there you would be suprized with all the exersize you can get, by walking somewhere insted of driving, or getting up to turn of the t.v. insted of leaving it on for the time your not watching it or using the remote

also drink alot of water
but dont forse yourself
it wil make your hair prettier
skin healthier
and helps your metabolism speed up

dont forget eat fruits and vegies
and dont deprive yourself from everything you want
even if its a little bad for you
a little wont hurt, as long as you know your limit
to much of anything, heathy or not, is never good

]vitamins- there great for your body, and will help you out on energy
and also if you drink coffee in the moring expecially with all that sweetener stuff (which will def make it hard to loose weight) and you drink coffee to keep up, try and eat an apple in the moring insted of that cup o coffee, yet another crazy idea, buut it really does work, one week you will be feeling super awake and not have the crash of the caffinegood luck again

That's a lot of weight to lose so quickly, if my math is correct, you would need to lose as much as 8 or 10 pounds a week, and that is not safe.

I know this is boring, but a better way to go about it would be to get yourself on a balanced diet with lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, make sure you drink plenty of water, and get some type of daily exercise. This will not guarantee you a weight loss of the size you're talking about by the March deadline, but it will make you feel better, have more energy, look better, and you will probably have a steady weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week, depending on how much extra weight you have. If your husband loves you, he will love you no matter what your weight is, and he will be proud of you for starting a healthy new diet and exercise program.

It's great that you have already lost some weight, but the goal you have set for yourself is not realistic and might even be dangerous. Take care of yourself and good luck!

Well, 80 pounds in two months is too much, then you will surely regain it immediately (it's 36 kg). You should lose not more than 4 kg in a month, it means 8-9 pounds a month (not more than 20 pounds in these two months).
Does your husband want you slim? I'm sorry to say it, but he doesn't seem mature. A friend of mine (I'm trying to use English measures even if I'm not used because I'm Italian) is 5ft 6'' tall and she weighs not more than 100 pounds (she is very slim). She is 21 years old as me. She has had a boyfriend who had worked for an agency of Dolce&Gabbana (stilists) and he saw a lot of models, and he likes very slim girls. He told her "Don't get fat, otherwise I'll ditch you". In the exams period she gained 2 or 3 pounds due to the stress, and he really ditched her. Now she found another boyfriend who is much more mature, but it's sad to be very slim and have someone who considers you fat.

Dont see it as 80 POUNDS, as it becomes an uphill struggle

Aim for 20lbs. When you achieve that, then repeat. It's amazin how mental thinking can help to achieve your goals.

Drink plenty of water. A lot of the time when you think you are hungry, your body is actually thirsty. Drinking lots of water in between Main meals / small snacks, will keep you feeling full until dinner time arrives!

Keep goin, ur doin great!

PS 80lbs by march aint a healthy goal hun, losing weight that fast will damage ur body cuz ur muscles dissintergrate (wrong spelling? lol) Yer thats why you supposed to excercise and diet at same time

well done ,just a bit of advice move alot dont sit too much, dont drink anything after your last meal at least wait 1 hour for the food to go down.Drink a herbal tea before bed with 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.sounds horrible but it helps to digest the food quicker.cut down your breads intake ......i did this for 4 months and lost 3 stone. gooood luck.....dont starve yourself result not good for the body.finally dont worry too much about how much you way believe me if you just change your style of clothes a bit you will feel g8.

at the end of the day there's no way to short cut the system. Energy in has to be less than energy being used(going out). That does not mean that you just dont eat though because you're metabolism will drop and then when you do eat you will store every last bit of calories that piece of food has. Just exercise often and to be specific swimming is one of the best sport. Dont not eat certain types of foods because they are all usefull to our bodies to stay healthy, just remember you can eat what you want as long as its in moderation and as long as you burn more calories than your eating yu will loose weight...perhaps not 80lb in 2 months but you'll loose alot

same as you,i need to lose weight,I have found some scales in the argos book,they weigh your food,tell you how much protein,fibre,calories,fat each item is .I have lost 28lb in 10 weeks I think the secret is portion size.Its like asking a child to push his hand in a tin and pull out 4oz of sweets,9 times out of 10 he will have took to many.The other thing is be honest with yourself if you weaken,DON`T give up just jump back on the wagon .Good luck you have done well up to press.xx

youre doing well- keep it up!!

i would advice you to go for a short jog every evening to help and instead of lunch, try some soup or egg and cress sandwich. if you like a drink stick with white or red wine as it iant as bad as beer or spirits. id draw up a food chart where yo can keep a record of what you have eaten in the day and every week weigh yourself and take note of it. never weigh yourself everyday as it get dissapointing when you dont see yourself everyday loosing weight.

other than that your loosing weight so your doing well. im trying to loose weight myself and i havent even started yet as i can get into the motivation of getting off my bum and exercising. i have 2 babies and find it hard.

i have put on weight since getting married to my husband and he loves every part of me i am sure he will love you no matter what and if i ever want to lose weight i will do it for me not for anyone else as long as you are doing it for you then i wish you the best of luck :-)
