All is fair in love and war. Legal and moral are 2 diffrent things though.
Personally I dont like the idea of war or terrorists, so what does that leave us?

I do not think it is legal, but under the War Powers Act the prez can have bombed, have killed,have detained, or whatever gets his ricks off anytime he wants. Its in the Constitution

Sure. We make the rules. If we kill a few thousand innocents to get to one guy, it's just a little bit of collateral damage.
