I use a powder called Intelligence Personalizer from Arbonne. It has a sheer green tint that minimizes redness and is AMAZING at controlling oil. It also doesn't contain mineral oil so it won't oxidize and turn orange throughout the day like a lot of other powders do. The company is not represented in the UK just yet, but there are plenty of consultants who would be happy to ship an order to you from here if you wanted to get your hands on it.

Try Mary Kay they ship world wide and have consultants all over,
I would recommend
Dual-Coverage Powder Foundation
Gives sheer, natural coverage with an oil-free, lightweight formula.$14 American
and
Oil Mattifier
Absorbs oil and helps control shine for at least eight hours. And you can reapply it throughout the day – even over your foundation.$15 American
if you still have problems controlling the shin try
Beauty Blotters® Oil-Absorbing Tissues
100% linen sheets that remove oily shine and keep makeup looking fresh. $10 American

Everyday mineral makeup in matte foundation. I use it it is a dream. Get free samples on everydayminerals.com ...... you can get different formulas for your skin type .... yours would probably be matte or semi matte. You can get 3 foundations, 1 blush and 1 concealer free. And they last ages!

I love the MAC blot powder.
it only has 5% pigmentation so no ones going to see it, you can wipe it on and the oil is gone..
