be creative. Think of the color and the emotions/sensations it evokes. Like dark red:velvety and warm. Blue (like the water found around Bermuda):Cool, breezy, calm and relaxing. Orange: hot, explosive. Just think of those things that come to your mind when you see a color and try to describe it to them. It will take practice but it will be worth it for both involved.

Hi, This would be a hard one. They have no ideal what colors are. I would try and describes the color of the sky. The sky is so big it covers the whole world with it's beautiful light blue color and it's candy cotton clouds a pretty white and light pink at times. The sunny is a beautiful yellow glow of brite light so brite and shinny it's hurts your eyes to look at the brite yellow ball. The sun beaming down on earth and us can get fire hot at times. That means you can get what we call a sun burn it's brite red in color and this hurts a lot if you stay out in the sun to long. At night the sky is the color of black. That's what you see now black. You can see in the distants beautiful lights green light like grass, blue lights that is a calming color, Red light like a signal light that means STOP a hot color. A yellow light for caution if your not at the yellow light after it turn stop and wait until you get a green light. Green is a medium green color that means to go on green.See all sort of people out at night. Short, tall, thin, fat and in between fat and skinny. Short is someone who is not very tall The go down in height and shorter than average people.Tall is someone who go up in height more than a short person.Thin that's someone who is right in the middle of fat and skinny i think just right. Fat is usually some one who eats more than their body needs and sometimes there is medical reason for being fat.Fat is like a round butter ball. Skinny is someone who doesn't eat enough to keep fat on their bones and they get cold real easy at times. There is also a medical condition that can cause this to happen. Someone who looks like a sick starving person. Not enough meat on their bones. The list gos on and on. poppy1

Use the sensations attached to the colors. Have them feel something hot and describe that as red, cool is blue, the feel of grass is green.

You can try explain to them... But they won't understand... Even if they had the greatest imagination ever, they'd only end up in a wrong conclusion...

you can't.
they can never really know sight at all, unless they use their hands to feel.
and you cannot feel color, so therefore, they cannot know or be explained color.
