i'm usually hungry. I start getting sleepy at 9am and usually don't wake up till 4pm. I can't keep doing this i have school next week.
HELP ME I DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG ????

GET SOME--- MELATONIN 2-3 MG. SUPPLIMENTS PER DAY.....IF YOU SLEEP TOO LONG CUT BACK..........YOU MAY HAVE A SERATONIN SHORTAGE----THIS HELPS TREMENDOUSLY.......

Has anything happened in your life that would cause you to be depressed? Perhaps you might want to see a doctor and look into getting a prescription for ambien but it is quite expensive. If you are on limited financial resources over the counter sleep aids are also an option.

Im confused you say am then pm. But irregular sleep is just caused by a irregular schedule. Tonight go to bed at the normal time. And if you wake up early then just lay there until you back to sleep. Its more just training your eternal clock really. Please dont think you have some sleeping disorder where you need pills.
