I have folders that hold all the photos of my kids. I have a seperate folder for each. How do I rename all the pictures at once. My husband showed me how to do it last time, but he's not here right now. I want to type in a name, for example, Austin and have them all named; Austin (1), Austin (2), Austin (3). Can anyone give me instructions to do it? Thanks!!

It's not that easy for my scorpio. In the file "Austin" I have 72 photos! I don't want to rename them all individually! That and I have four kids! I have five folders with HUNDREDS an HUNDREDS of photos! I don't want to sit here, renaming them all one at a time, when I could be playing with them, taking more pictures!

okay, maybe I did a poor job explaining my situation? I have five folders (Austin, Nick, Ryan, Keagan, and Kids) There are hundreds, maybe even closing in on a thousand, pictures all together. I'm having to rename them as I add them, because they're automatically given a name by my camera. It's a pain in the rear when I'm in a hurry and trying to dump all the photos from my Xd card. I need to rename all the photos in each of this folders at once. I know there's a way to do it, I've done it before. My husband showed my how last time, but he's in Iraq right now. It wouldn't be a big deal, if it were just a handful of pictures, but I don't want to sit at my computer for hours renaming files. Can anyone help me? Right clicking and hitting rename isn't going to work for me, it takes too long!
