Your "jump" can indicate a decision you want to make or recently made (If you fell or were pushed it would have been a decision you were avoiding). The height of the diving board can indicate it is a big change. The pond is probably just representative of the unknown, the future (We wonder what is under the surface, for instance). Sinking to the bottom sounds like fear, and the mean dogs are the challenges you know you will face. The fact they are dogs would be determined by how you feel about real dogs. If you like dogs, then the obstacles you fear are family and friends. If you hate or fear dogs, then the true thing feared about your decision could be any number of known or unknown complications ahead.

There was a ladder and you escaped without getting bit. This sounds very good for your mental state. Despite your fears, some part of your brain really believes you can overcome any obstacles along this particular path.

Good luck, and remember my analysis is amatuer and not an endorsement of any course of action.

All dreams are in metaphor, and represent issues that are happening your current life, offering you an insight or solution to a problem. Recurrent dreams reflect an unresolved (unfinished) issue in your life. Notice when you have the dream and see what happened that day BEFORE you had the dream. Your emotional state and your interactions of the day are the keys to meaning(s).
Your chosen symbols have meaning to YOU, not something you can look up in a dream dictionary.

A recurrent dream or set of symbols means that you've chosen the BEST symbol to express something for yourself and you keep using it because it's meaningful and significant to your unconscious mind. A recurrent dream is also a call to action or you'll continue to have the dream. Noticing when you first started having this dream can be helpful in understanding what it's about.

Maybe you've jumped into something that now seems dangerous and you feel like you better get out quickly. Hear the metaphor?

You are the final authority on the meaning of your dream.

- The world is the Pond, in this world there's many dogs, & they are mean & would eat you if they had the chance, Jesus Christ is the Ladder, Even underwater, & Allthough you Know of God, as you climb tward Jesus, People are trying to keep you from God cause they are demonic dogs, Jesus is the way, the truth, & the life, He is the ladder to Heaven, the devil & his dogs are after you, Yet, Still, Jesus can keep you from the bottom & from walking the plank, & from getting BIT, as you live the life He's given you. So Read your bible. Meet Him in the scriptures.

dogs = some sort of fear, criticism
High diving board = risk
pond = your desire
trying to bite you = hurtful feeling.

You probably are into some sort of fear and projecting dogs trying to bite you may indicate the feeling you have towards those criticism or people. There may be some risk in your life that you are trying to take now. In order to achieve your desire, you want to take the risk. There are some hurtful feeling in you, but somehow you made it through. You vent it out in dream

The dream might mean there was danger on the way and you escaped quickly unharmed. Some dreams are warnings if you think deeply of what happened to you before or after the dream.

Cool dream! I wonder if you mom isn't around as much as you'd like her to be and some boys are taking advantage of this time to bother you.
