If it's a wireless nework and your router isn't password protected, then yes, anyone in range with a wireless computer will be able to pick up your network

Not likely, however if you have a wireless setup and have not secured it, I guess people could "hack it" and use your connection. The question is a little vague.

yes they can but this only normally happens if you have a wireless Internet connection.
