In the name of God the Most Merciful!
I am a Muslim, praise be to God, and I do follow the Sunnah and Holy Writings.
What Osama says is against Islam and can be cosidered as apostate deeds, since he:
1) Issues fatwas without being a renowned scholar;
2) He did not appeal to Americans to join Islam before striking US, if he authorized those attacks;
3) He gives quotations from Holy Qurán in absence of context, thus totally misleading the meanings of Holy Script;
4) He authorizes killings of innocents and those who are under protection - elder people, women, children and Muslims as well.
That is why neither he, nor Zawahiri, who didn't even finish madrassah, can not be regarded as authority or Islamic scholars.
From the other hand, what rulers in Muslim world are doing is far from democracy what they do advocate for. Mubarak says what he does is a democracy but it is not. US and Europe support the unfair and undemocratic elections in Egypt or Turkmenistan for the sake of getting almost free access to energy resources and that is also wrong. The Americans cannot impose liberal democracy to Muslim world - the ummah shoudl chose its own way of development and further way of life. Such deeds as porn channels, brothels, gay marriages and spread of AIDS as result cannot be accepted as democracy. That is why Muslims sometimes react violently to such shortcomings of democracy.
Now you can see, my dear American friends, that Muslims are monolithic in nature, not taking into account Shia, who are mistaken and apostates, which include supporters of Mubarak-type regimes and those who commit acts called Terrorism on the West.
I am a Muslim who does not support any illicit violence and seen many who do.

Terrorists are not Muslims.
Muslims are not allowed to kill other people (no matter if the person is muslim or not).
I never met a Muslim who supports terrorism and/or terrorist(s).
I'm a Muslim myself and know a lot Muslims and they don't support anything which is connected with terrorism.

No not personally. That being said, if there are so many Muslims that don't support terrorism, why don't they rise up and take back their religion from the insane zealots that attack all non-Muslims around the globe? Where are the Imam's preaching peace and tolerance? Where are the Muslim leaders? I get the impression by looking at what is going on in the world that there are two types of Muslims: terrorists and cowards. Neither of which impresses me.

Yes I knew a Pakastani who was ideologically like the Taliban, he hated to hear anything that he did not agree with. This was many years ago so Osama was an unknown person, but he hated Benizeer Bhutto and claimed with pride that his family had helped kill her father Ali Bhutto.
Though Kotb was alive then and neither of us had heard of him, I am sure he would have agreed very much with him. Though a foreign national, he loved the Republicans and hated even the word Democrat.
I have also know many Shia and Sunni Muslims who were not like that, some very religious and some not, none carried that kind of hatred about.

Terrorism is not related to being Christian, Muslim or Jew or anything else.
Unfortunately Muslims have a same idea about Christianity and they think that these are Christians who are terrorist !
These kind of wrong ideas are results of wrong actions of some stupid mans like George W. Bush, Osama Ben Ladden, and Pop.

No, I haven't. I live in a culturally mixed neighborhood where there are several Muslim families. They are all very nice people who are respectful, always say hi and don't bother me one bit. Could any of them be terrorist? Sure, I suppose, but the caucasian dude down the street might be planning to blow up an abortion clinic to.

I cannot say that I have. Most Muslims I know are against the terrorist attacks, some against the war. Perhaps it's because the attacks and the war are two different things?
