my period is due on sunday and i keep getting really sharpe pains in my lower abdomin, i had light pink/red spotting the other day as well. as any one else had this ? could this mean im pregnant ?

I got pains in my frist bit of pregnancy. THougt of them as really bad period pains before my period came. Also for the lady who said all pregnancy tests are the same...they are not. There are some made for earlier testing which test at a lower HCG levelk and some made for week after period is due that you would need a higher HCG level to even test possitive on. Go to the site I listed on here ...the lower HCG level ones will tell you sooner. Good luck!

Go ahead and take a pregnancy test. I got 2 true positives 7 full days before my period was due.
It does not matter what test you use cause they are all alike the only difference are the prices.

The sharp pains concern me. If you get a positive reading on a home pregnancy test, then please see your Dr to rule out a tubal pregnancy.
The spotting however, could just be implantation spotting.
At any rate see your Dr is my best advice.

Try pregnancy check (Home based) after 10 days overdue.
