just until when i could know they will ever give me attention or not.

Depends on if they are a great catch or not. However I wouldnt dwell on just that one person. Continue to date other people, so you are not depriving yourself. Give subtle hints, or maybe be blunt on occasion and see if it leads anywhere. Timing is everything when you are in this type of situation. He/She could be involved, heartbroken and taking a break, etc. so someone who is pursueing them, they wont acknowledge. Find out what their situation is, and if their single and available, then go for it. If the attraction isnt mutual, then move on and cut ur losses. But from experience, I had a man keep after me for a year before I would go out with him. He kinda grew on me, and i decided to date him. We had a great time together and although it didnt work out, I wouldnt have traded it for anything, because I will have a beautiful son by him in May. You never know how things work out. The only stupid thing you can do, is not try. Good luck to you.

I try for three days and if I can not get they attention by then. Then I will just give up.

It only depends upon the person whom you are drawing attention and the reason for it.If you have strong faith in youand the reason is noble iwould try till end.
