Sleep more. Seriously. When you're sleeping, you're growing. And because your spine is relaxed when you're laying down and doesn't have to support your body, you are actually taller when laying down anyway. You'll be able to grow heightwise more efficently if the pressure is taken off your spine while you're growing. Other than that, the only thing you can really count on is your genes. And maybe you should work out, because you look taller if you are of thinner and more muscular build. And wear vertical stripes and sneakers with big soles.

Sorry to tell you, it's all about genetics and how tall your parents and/or grandparents are really.

You could purchase some shoes that have lifts in them, like Tom Cruise does and use good posture.

It alll depends on your family genes.
But eating healthy, exercizing & having vitamin pills on the side can effect your hight & make you talling if you're under 25yrs.

wear the highest heels and long clothes such as pants that will hide the height of your shoes. that way nobody wonders/notices where this additional height is coming from.

the other way is to accept the way you are. statistics show that shorter people live longer than taller ones.

If you want to be tall they can always stretch you. J/K. is you want to get taller you can go to a doctor and ask him about it. That's what my cousin did.

You can try Yoga that Strechs your legs and makes your legs stronger which might make you grow a inch or 2 and if you drink milk and do leg exercies.

If your talking about clothing, try not wearing shirts with horizontal stripes that make you wide; but do try wearing vertical shirts - they give the impression of tall.
Also try wearing clothes -pants- that don't shorten you. :)

Go running! Your bones will receive pressure and will eventually stretch out.
Also, drink milk to get calcium.
