The only festival in Italy that I can think of that is like the Italian Body Painting Festival is the Italian Body Painting Festival, so called because of all the bodies they paint.
There is another festival in Greece that is called the plate throwing into the fireplace festival but it's nothing like the Italian Body Painting Festival at all really, so not many Italians go to it.
"What's all that plate throwing stuff?" they say. "Let's paint some bodies."
