1. The tasllest man in medical history as per the Guinness Book of World Records was 8ft. 11.1 in. (2.72 m.) tall Robert Wadlow (USA). But he is reported to have died in 1940.
2. The tallest man living is 7 foot 8.95 inch (2 meters 36.1 centimeters) tall 54-year old Mongol herdsman, Xi Shun, ( born in 1951) as recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records

Mr Bao Xishun is the tallest man alive today. He's 2.36m or 7ft 8.95in. I know this since he rescued a dolphin not long ago. :o)

HE MUST BE BAO XISHUN OF EVEN MUCH MORE THAN 7 FEET HEIGHT WHO RESCUED A DOLPHIN.
