where in the world would you put the worlds homeless excepting Europe?

In a home paid for by a job in their own country. Just because someone becomes homeless doesn't mean they lost their citizenship. You can't export people or homelessness. I wished homeless people were just lazy and all they need is an opportunity and a kick in the *** but a lot of them are crazy or mentally challenged. They may have gotten that why though drugs or else they were born with low IQs. Once you create a law to export homeless people, when does the government start exporting you? I don't have a good solution but Goodwill Industries is a good start.

I would clean out Africa and make it a place of beauty. I would use the heat to make tropical retreats and the African people would benefit as though it was Hawaii. That would take more than Donald Trump, but you asked the question. Then I would start the social systematization to give the homeless some land and property they could call their own. All this would have to come after a revolution that would make George W. wet his pants. But I can dream. I'd be much more interested in what YOU would do. but Yahoo Rules and all that, it's a shame. Sounds like there are practical and real ideas brewing in that brain of yours. Good Luck!! @8=)

Why do you think the WHO started the AIDS epidemic in Aftica? They want to clear that continent for future colonization. So just colonize with the homeless, and all's well. After all, it's warm enough there!
