Dmitriy, while you can do this yourself with a minimal requirement of tools, this is a field which can be contracted out at a reasonable rate and if at all possible, should be. While basic cutting and fitting of air distribution ducting won't pose much challenge for the average person, the consequences of operating a distribution system that lacks correct proportioning will bite you in the @#% year in/year out with increased heating/cooling bills, inconsistency like hot/cold spots, premature failure of furnaces & A/C, unexplained need of dusting furniture frequently, increased & recurring bouts of flu, cough, other respiratory issues.
If you're only making alteration like adding one or two outlets to an existing system, that's one thing; but designing and installing an entire distribution system is something that you can easily wind up paying for and regretting for a lifetime. I can't stress hard enough the importance of having the design proportions calculated and specified by someone who knows the field. At best, check around about possibility of hiring a contractor to create the system specs, and then you follow their plan. Check with neighbors too; they might have an uncle who's is a retired heating contractor willing to act as a consultant for you.

Go to This Old House website...
You have a lot of factors that you must bring to light..
Is/are ceilings hard or drop?
Do you want rigid or flex tubing?
Do you have a Gas/ Heatpump?
Also I'm sure you can find a HVAC website with plenty of info...
