I don't think these figures are totally right since some houses might have one PC for more than one person, but this is debateable as the paper shows

Most homes in the UK now have PC,And with the Internet cafe,s and library's there is good access to the net

umm. everyone in the UK has access to the Internet even if they don't own a PC. they can use them in libraries, community centres etc.
