What's the standard monthly fee a pimp should charge one of his girls?

I just obtained the rights to a new girl and I don't want to overcharge her until she gets back on her feet. (literally)

I provide a nice place for her to live in and I bought her a new car as well.

BUT, I have learned that you can't be too nice to a woman or she'll walk all over you.
So of course I want to put my foot down without appearing to be a bad guy!
(I don't want to make it too easy on her either because she has a tendency to be lazy sometimes.)
What can I do to be FAIR without being abusive?
Besides... my mother told me never to hit women so I can't pimp slap her.

Actually, I think you should be getting somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 to 15%. It seems fair to me. It was your choice to buy the car and put her up in a new place. I'm sure she didn't ask for it { I didn't} All in all, 10% seems fair.

A standard pimp should take around 20% of his girls earnings without forgetting addtional charges for "extras"
These may include bodyguard protection, contraception and clean sheets.
Make sure you get her to sign a contract.

take 20% off her earnings up to her first ten grand a month, after that take 10%, it's a good incentive to work harder. make sure you get her a nice gift at chirstmas.
