Im in a "Fun server" And every body says rtd instead of rollthedice but neither work for me. What the hell?!

Do I have to download something? Beacause if i say /timeleft it dosn't come up for me either or any of those basic commands

It only works if the server has a mod for that. But if they do have it, say rollthedice.
