Maybe the first time they tried to market him in America, he was already such a big star that they didn't try very hard (his ego, not being super relatable here, and coming from a pop group that no one ever heard of wouldn't help either). I think the American media (radio stations, MTV etc) have already decided that no one here is interested in him. And now, he's definitely not even trying any more. Intensive Care, which I would say is probably his 'best' album, wasn't even released here.

No one enjoys his music...
I think one song of his was semi-big over here and even that song wasn't that great...
It was so forgettable, I forgot the name of it...I just remember the music video for it being very strange...
