Reflexologists charge about the same per hour as a massage therapist (which varies around the country--here it's $60-100/hour) But just like massage therapy, you can't work 8 hours straight, it's too much for your body.

The problem is, the market is now saturated with so many different holistic therapists. I tried it some time ago and it is impossible to find clients. Just think about it: the course you are planning to do will have other hopefuls so you already have a number of competitions in a given area. If your local college does more than one classes (and Reflexology is very popular, so they'll probably have few other classes starting when you start yours) then you have to multiply that by the number of students. Where I went, every year at least 40 new Reflexologists qualify. That's a lot. I still recommend the course so you can treat your friends and family for any problems. You need to look at other, more realistic career change. Just in my village there are at least 4 holistic therapists advertise themselves regularly in the monthly village news, however, there are far more therapists there. I don't think they can make a living, perhaps they just do 1 or 2 clients per week to supplement their wages.
