ask urself...wat u want to do or have done and are thinking to do is for the good of u or for ur personal interests...have u done something wrong...
medidate...then think
check out some soothing music
then think with cool mind
chill out
think of odr such situations that have come earlier in ur life earlier...that they have gone past without any trace in the present...
take it easy
there is no problem without a solution
and the good is always the solution to the bad

This is life everyday. The difference between knowledge and intelligence is
Knowledge is what you know.
Intelligence is the ability to find out what you don't.
Sound simple but learning to find answers is a dying art.
Think about how many times people want you to give them an answer, not to help them find it!

I usually get overwhelmed and do nothing.
Or, I sabotage myself by overeating something high calorie and carbohydrate filled.
I really must take some meds to help me focus.
