You don't have dreamless sleep, you just don't remember your dreams. I don't think you can make yourself have wild dreams. It sounds to me that you must be pretty o.k. with your life, and your mind doesn't have any tough issues to work out while you are sleeping. I would be happy if I were you, it means you are closer to normal than most people.

There are books on dreams...they sugest you keep a notebook next to your bed and when you dream just get up and write a little about it. When you wake up it will trigger your memory of the dream. Also tell yourself before you go to sleep you want to remember your dream and want to wake up after a dream. Get yourself a book and practice..Dreams can be fun.

Everyone dreams 9-11 times in their sleep. I know this happens to me alot. You probably can't remember your dreams.

Everyone dreams 10-12 dreams or more every night but we don't always remember them.

i envy you! i want to have a night of dreamless sleep and i find it hard!try watch horror movies or action movies,something exciting. when i watch some horror before sleep i end up dreaming about it and that i'm in the situation. but better not. you wont wake up feeling peaceful in the morning. its too tiring.

No, dreaming occurs in the REM portion of sleep. Most of us have many dreams each night that are not remembered.

So you want some color in the dreams? try eating cacao beans available at your local health food store. and while your there ask them for some advice as well. color dreams are cool. I sometimes get these far out dreams that are vividly colorful and kaleidoscopic visions one cannot classify as a dream.(no drugs involved)

No, it just means that you don't have a lot on your mind and that your life is happy to be on hold while you sleep. don't fret it, it is a lucky person that can sleep undisturbed all night, ENJOY ;) H
