You are classed as an undergraduate when you are studying for your first degree at university (in England, it's a BA or Bsc lasting 3 years).
You are classed as a graduate once you have completed an an undergraduate degree.
You are classed as a post-graduate when you are studying for anything that requires you to have a first degree - for example, if you study a Masters (a one year course) or a Phd (3-4 year).
