please be honest. my freind has a company that sells these things, i was wondering if anyone really buys them?

I live in the NY metro area and I can only speak of my friends. Any friend that I know with a C cup or smaller uses some type of breast padding when they dress up. The most popular type to buy is the silicone forms known as "chicken cutlets". I even have some bras with the cutlets sewn right in.
Butt enhancers are a little more rare. I don't know anyone who uses one in our group.

I don't know any females that do.
But we do use push up bras, tshirt bras...
