no she isn't hyperactive. It's normal she may not be able to crawl or walk yet but she obvisouly wants to. When you put her down she can only see a limited amount when she wants to be able to explore. Her kicking her legs is her way of trying to move, she understands that she must move her legs somehow in order to move. Don't panic it is completely normal.

No not by any means. I have 2 adult children ( a daughter 19 and a son18) and a 2 year old daughter. My son has ADHD. It is almost impossible to tell at that age. When i found out i was pregnant after 16 years of handeling his ADHD, my biggest fear is still that my youngest daughter will have it, even though it is less common in girls. She is just spoiled. It's hard not to spoil them. You have to be strong, stick with it and follow through on what you say, like when you go to put her down and she cries, put her down and let her cry it is good for her lungs. Not good on your nerves, take my word for it. Honey just relax and go with the flow, and everything will be ok. Having a baby after my other childern were grown was not something i had planned, but it has taught me alot. I am a stay at home mom this time around and most days treasure every minute i spend with my daughter, but some days NOT. Relax, and Good luck to you!

Babies are rarely hyperactive. She sounds perfectly normal, despite the preemie beginning. She is eager to get out and explore her world and she is trying to look at her own feet. She would love a baby gym - it stands over the baby and has various toys hanging down that baby can kick with her feet and later move with her hands. Congratulations!

She's perfectly normal. Try to stop holding her all the time, put her down on a thick blanket, and let her kick and yell. Soon she'll be crawling then walking. Also, watch any sugar you might be feeding her.

Sounds perfectly normal to me. My son is 8 months old and doing the same thing. I also have a 5 year old that did it too at that age.

She is not hyper she's just very spoiled. Stop holding her so much and get her used to her bouncer. She will cry but ignore it in time she will get used to it
