Toys R Us sometimes has them, I remember Singapore has a big store. Otherwise, I ordered Buzz and Woody for my little boy from Disney Store online. It is disneyshopping.go.com and they are quick (about 2 weeks to delivery) and not too expensive and deliver all over the world. (I live in Australia)
