I finished my pack of pills this week (I'm on the placebo pills this week) ... This pack of pills (that I just finished) is a new brand w/ higher horomones..I have been on the lower dosage for about a year (had some irregularities in my bleeding so I switched)

I normally start my period on Wednesday of the placebo pills....

Today is Wednesday and I haven't started bleeding yet...
When should I start to worry? When should I take a pregnancy test?

Your body needs to adjust to the new pills so you'll probably see some changes like this. If it doesn't start in the next day or so and you're concerned please contact your doctor before you go spending unnecassary money.
I hope you get things figured out. Hormones and menstraution can go crazy when your adjusting medications of any kind.
Good Luck!:)

Sometimes switching birth control can cause strange changes in your period. Give it a couple of days, then take a test. If you've taken your pills as directed, you probably aren't pregnant. But my little boy is living proof that they aren't 100% effective.

You switched pills, it could very well effect your period. Just wait and see if it comes, if you are still worried go and get a test done

wait for 7-10 days, then check.
But you should know some women this problem, where thier pms comes late, so it's probably nothing to worry about. even eating habbits effect pms..

But when you make sure everythings O.K, ask your guy to wear a condom next time!!

I suppose those tests are not very expensive, so why not doing the test now? They can be bought at almost every pharmacy.
