Salt water crocs are designed to swim in the oceans and seas. This is irrespective of the fact that sharks are present or absent in the water. However, if you meant to ask if the crocs will be eaten by the sharks...................sharks can probably gobble up the baby crocs. But saltwater crocs are the largest crocs on the earth and no shark will try to harm a full grown one.

The croc is found in suitable habitat throughout Southeast Asia and northern Australia.These reptiles are excellent predators and have few natural enemies. Bony plates, called osteoderms, form an almost armour-like protection in their thick skin. so i don't think a shark would do any harm to a croc
