The 2nd best way to get a virus is to visit a porn site and your antivirus may not pick it up. Just stay away from them and go out and buy a magazine.... a lot cheaper for your thrills in the long run.

Depends on the antivirus. A good one should save you from any virus. From these sites the virus comes along with the video clip you are downloading, so the antivirus might not scan what you have approved to download. It considers safe any info you download. Get a top 10 antivirus and download only from trusty sites (thought I don't think there are any porn trusty sites...)

I think the virus writers think that people who look at porn sites are less likely to complain about the virus or maybe will be unaware that when they click on to them, a trojan horse virus can be downloaded - too busy to notice...?

There can be a viris on any "type" of site. Keep on looking at all the porn you want. Less of a chance catching something off the net as it is in the real world.

well its true you can catch a virus from almost any web page, porn sites are especially high risk, due to the high traffic exposure, so your tech is right in a fashion.

Completely true.
The virus writers are always one step ahead of the anti-virus writers so there is always the risk of infection.
The best anti-virus strategy is to change to Linux or get a Mac
