that if someone tells you that there are 1 billion stars in the universe you will believe them, but if they tell you a wall has wet paint you will have to touch it to be sure?

Very good question. I guess if we could count all the stars in the universe, we would. We can touch the wall w/wet paint, so we do!

I agree with Dean Z. I did the "here taste this thing" with my friend the other day, then we laughed at her for over an hour about the fact that after I told her it tasted bad she still tried it.
