Your possible ovulation date is January 19

In general, you ovulate about 14 days before you are due to start your next cycle. So for you it would be 19th Jan. However, everybody is different and it may not occur on this exact day. So to give yourself the best chance of conceiving, have sex every other day around this date. This should make sure you do not miss your ovulation.

When one is fertile (if one is fertile) the mucus is slippery. The best time to have intercourse (to become pregnant) is early in the time of slippery mucus, because it takes awhile for the sperm to get to the place where the egg needs to be fertilized (in the fallopian tubes) and if the slippery mucus ends before it gets there, it gets stuck. The egg needs to be fertilized for a bit before it gets to the uterus so the body can "read" that progress is being made, and the necessary hormonal changes can be made so the egg will stick to the uterus wall (implant is the word used) so it can continue growing. The fertile time is always the same number of days BEFORE the period. (that isn't very helpful, since we have to life life in this time zone where time goes forward) but if your cycle is consistent you can do the math and figure forward. The main thing is to be aware of the mucus.

Count back 14 days from when you expect your next period. You should ovulate right around there give or take a day or so.

This site may be able to help. Here you can track your periods, ovulation, and the symptoms for both. It has an ovulation calculator. It has a menstraul and ovulation calendar that allows you to chart your symptoms like your weight, BBT, spotting, moods, vaginal fluid consistancy, periods, etc.
Another way is to look up the symptoms of ovulation and keep track of your BBT, vaginal fluids, and stuff like that.
Good luck! *hope this helps any!*
