Hi...
I have your same problem :( I'm too lazy to even get outa' bed, but the thing that really helped me change was thinking of the conciquences afterwards, like if I was too lazy to study for finals, I'd imagine myself in my class, looking at the exam questions & not knowing the answer of any of them, of if I'm too lazy to take a shower, I'd think of the embarrissment I'll go through when around my clean friends! lol
I'd think of all the people I know working hard & getting somewhere in life while I'm just sitting there n'doing nothing.
Think of "what if" I got too lazy to do something I need to do & what will happen to me later on & believe me, You'll find yourself getting up & doing it immidietly.

You can even think of that good feeling you'll have later on after you do it.
It's much better than whatever you'll feel if you don't .

lazy or lethargic? if you are lazy and/or unmotivated, i think that's a part of your psyche and has nothing to do with your energy level, or ability to do things. if you are lethargic, read on!

exercise will actually give you more energy. i know that is counterintuitive, but it does. it also makes you sleep better, speeds up your metabolism, etc. which, in effect, gives you more energy during the day.

another idea, watch what you eat. eating fatty/fast foods causes lethargy. try eating fresh, balanced meals.
