we take it for granted that our doctor is the best but then when you end up in the ER,several times after doing what your doctor said I think there is something wrong don't you?

Doctors are still human beings and can make mistakes. They are well educated but they don't have x-ray vision. What they can give people is their best 'guess'. Which is usually much better than a non-doctors guess.

You should trust your doctor to a certain extent but if you are not satisfied with their treatments or manner, then you are entitled to a second opinion. If you have a complaint you should report it to the Medical Profession governing body.

I am curious to know more about what has landed you in Er so much.

you should take it that your doctor knows what he is doing, after all he is qualified to be where he is,i feel sure he does the best he can in your interest, but how many 'BEST' doctors can we have.
?with all best efforts & the best of intentions not all of us can escape the ER,if that were so would we need an ER.accept the fact that he is human & may slip up at times ,though rarely,i think, but it is impossible at times to predict the outcome of many medical conditions.

Get a second opinion. Doctors aren't perfect, and medicine is an art as well as a science. The diagnosis might be wrong, or the prescription might be incorrect.

You should always feel comfortable in your doctors decisions, if not then you should find a new family doctor. You can call hospitals in your area and they will provide you with a list of doctors accepting new patients. Good luck.

Researchers conducted and experiment to test tht nitrogen dioxide(NO2) levels in the air around homes located off of the freeway. Scientists found that the closer people lived to a freeway, the higher the NO2 levels outside their bomes and greater the number of asthma sufferers.

For the most part you should trust your doc. If you end up in the ER for something your doc told you to do, maybe you should go see another doc. Yes, I think there is something wrong!!

It depends if he is causing you to go to the ER then there is something wrong. I always take 2 opinons to be sure about the consultation.

I would think the doctor is not the best and would seek a new professional for the recurring matter.
