I`m trying to put liquid concealer under my eyes [stupid dark circles] and I don`t really know how. Anyone have directions? I tried to blend with my finger but it doesn`t work.

I use my finger and dab it on for that spot

first do you have the right shade. darker, not white. and they're right, PAT & DAB not blend, kinda on the bone, not in the circle. A little goes a long way. Be careful DO NOT STRETCH THIS SKIN. (stupid dark circles)

hey!
get those cotton bud applicaters(you know the things you use to clean your ears...)
anyways, then dab the cotton bud applicaters in the liquid concealer and dab around the bottom of your eyes,(not too much though!) then try rubbing it in lightly and gently with either your finger or the applicator! and blend in with your foundation!!! and WALAH! your done!!!
hope i helped, and dont worry you will eventually get it!!! remember practise makes perfect!! the more you try, the better it will look!

Just put on a little bit then tap it with your finger tip,don't blend it.

you could get a blender pad(make up pad) which is very handy to have and always use your wedding ring finger when blending because its the best one to use always spreads evenly

dip a q~tip in it. dot 4 dots in the area... pat dots to evenly spread the concealer

Slowly dab it with your fingers...
