The Devil Wears Prada

It's quite a good movie but the book is practically speaking unreadable.

I would say the Lord of the Rings trilogy. While the books were good, there was just too much excess stuff in there that didn't really contribute to the story. After a while I got sick of the extra characters that didn't really do or mean a whole lot.

Plus, the movies were well done.

Th lord of rings trilogy are much better than the book. the director Peter Jackson has put the movie in a crisp manner than the author tolkien.

Lord of the Rings----it was really hard getting through the last few chapters of the last book.
But it was also hard getting through the long adoring looks at the end of the last movie.

The Color Purple. It was written the way they talked in the movie. Very hard to comprehend.
