You can do alot of things......think about something that totally grosses you olut....maybe aunt helen in her bathrobe???Also, just prior to ejaculation, pull down lightly on the male's scrotum, area and sometimes this will indrease the duration.....
Another tip...use a position with less penetration-no doggystyle..
Other than that I don't know....masturbation before sex could help..if you're someone that can get aroused again.
Don't worry about it...my ex lasted literally 10 seconds each time, but I never complained....when he's done it's my turn.

If you feel close to ejaculation hold your penis at the base and squeeze. Practice this during masturbation. There may be a devise for this as well. Also I had a boyfriend with this problem BUT he knew where the G-spot was on a women, I was ready when he was ready if you know what I mean. Google G-spot

Practice is one way to hold off the eventual reaction. Are we a little anxious about sex? Its not a bad thing, just disappointing for your partner. Learn to help get your partner up to speed before you penetrate. Women take longer to get the motor running. Get her motor warmed up before pouring on the gas. If you rush the process she will be continually disappointed and eventually leave you for someone with more control or desire to satisfy her.

Have sex more often - seriously. My bf had this problem but it seems to be better if we have sex at least once every 2-3 days.
Also, use condoms - if you are really sensitive the condom will help de-sensitize you and you might last longer.
Having sex more often and using condoms has really helped me & my bf's premature ejaculation problems somewhat and the sex is definitely getting better - much better.

one way is to have regular exercise in the morning everyday about 10-15 minutes. the key is to develop your stamina because great sex is when both feel tired after the man ejaculates.. try to avoid cold drinks and junk food, also, quit smoking..

Take things very slow -- before, during, and after. It's a matter of training yourself to just enjoy things. Also, the less you think about it, the better it will go.
