King or not he is not that good but he was doing great whn he was Booker T without SharSMELL. I was a fan before The Queen Sharsmell.

Wrestling-wise definitely Booker T. He was years younger and could do a lot more in the ring. Anyone remember the "harlem hangover"? It's impossible to see that move and hate on Booker.
entertainment wise- both. The first couple months of King Booker was great, this giant black man with dreadlocks speaking in a Old English accent and raising a pinky finger. Booker T was great in WCW and at first in WWE.
HHH's ego killed Booker T's career. Booker reached peak popularity a couple years back. He was the fans favorite wrestler on Raw so they built him up to a wrestlemania title shot. And then HHH beat him in a squash match like a child.
As much as i respect Hunter as a legend in the making, he single-handedly held back everyone in wwe with talent from 2000-2004. Jericho, Angle, Booker, Benoit.

Booker T would beat King Booker. Especially if it was the Booker T from Harlem Heat or the Booker T from when he was in the huge beef with Chris Benoit that Booker T would beat the crap out of King Booker.
