i got bit by a german shepard when i was nine and he took a big chunck out of my thing and its never hurt tell yesterday but i was touching around it and it really hurt it has a bunch of scar tissue around it what could it be and what should i do

I would have to say yes. I was shot in 67(40 years ago) and stabbed in 68. Both still hurt. It was wartime, not criminal activity.

Yes something could be happening within the wound area, so you better have it check out by a doctor.

scar tissue is painful you can go to the Dr and see what he can do.
