Yes, but thankfully Microsoft has released various patches which would prevent someone with a hacked 360 from getting online with their console.

no they would have to have the serial number and all that other junk but even if they did have the serial number they still could not hack into it

Yes it can but its risking Bricking your system and Mriocosoft does cover Bricks,AKA dont do it.
