Go to Social Services or Citizens Advice and find out what next to do. Other people who might help are local church, Salvation Army. Or Police i suppose would be able to refer him..... or maybe he wouldnt want to go there?
Apply at local job centre for a job.
Sit on the street with a pathetic expression and beg!
