Everyone has a right to their own choice. Some gay people feel the need to show the commitment of the relationship through marriage just like straight people. Some don't, gay or straight. It may work out better for your nieces, but it don't work out for others and you have to respect everyone decision if it only effects themselves.

It is more than just about advantages to getting married, as for your nieces, that just sounds like BS from the men.
Anyways, why shouldn't they be married? Marriage is about love, not economic bonuses. It really speaks volumes about straight and gay relationships and how silly straight people are when it comes to getting married and how often we get divorced.
Religious beliefs are a personal thing and do not apply to all people. But love is universal, so why should some people be disallowed?

I think that they seek to have the same right as all of us
your nieces were able to make this decision on their own but gays don't have that choice it has been made for them

Maybe on taxes. Insurance benefits usually are better if married for most conservice companies. Many people want to have their marriage blessed in a church.
