I'm trying to figure out which computer to buy from this list on this site (excluding the bottom 4, they are a bit too pricey)

Please can you help me decide what computer to get (mostly for gaming) and what would be better, an Intel core 2 duo E6400 or a normal Intel Pentium 2.8 or 3.0Ghz computer?
Would a core 2 duo E6400 (2.13Ghz) run a game that would, for example, require up to 2.8Ghz-3.0Ghz?
Intel or AMD?
I really hope you can guide me in the right direction for the best suited computer because i just don't know what to buy. (Remember, not any of the bottom for on that site) Thanks

My best advice to you is to contact the computer company and tell them what you want to use the computer for and they would be able to give you the best advice
